Installation Guide

STEP 1:

To begin installation, place the 4-foot alignment jig where you would like to start your rail section.

STEP 2:

Insert base plate in alignment jig, drill through base plate hole into ground.

Hardware Required for each Base Plate:

4 pcs – Anchor 1/2″ x 5 1/2″

4 pcs – 1/2″ Washer

4 pcs – 1/2″Nut

STEP 3:

Attach post to base plate using 4 pcs – 1/2″ nut and 4 pcs – 1/2″ bolt.

STEP 4:

Insert 10′ rails into post cut-outs.

After bottom rail is in place, put locking bar through rail slots INSIDE the post

After top rail is in place, put locking bar through rail slots INSIDE the post

TIP: Insert the bottom rail first, and then insert the top rail.

TIP: Easier installation with two people.

STEP 5:

Attach the post-back to the post-rail assembly with 8 pcs – #14 – 3/8″ sheet metal screws.(8 screws per post).

STEP 6:

Attach post cap to post.

Optional: Screw in cap to post if desired.
